Roof & Wall
Roof and wall panels are roll formed sections from 0.45 to 0.5 mm in thickness. Generally these are Aluzinc coated. “S” panel is in trend that can withstand heavy snow, high velocity cyclonic winds. The panels conform to ASTM A792 with 550Mpa yielding stress. These sheets are excellent corrosion resistant with thermal efficiency and highly durable as compared to the old metal or asbestos sheets yet providing an aesthetic look to the building.
PUF Panels
Polyurethane Foam (PUF) panels consist of a rigid core sandwiched between metal sheets or structural boards. The major application of these prefabricated panels can be exterior walls, roofs, and also in the structures of commercial or industrial buildings, warehouses, cold storage or any site where pre-engineered structures are required. This high density hard foam makes the panel insulative and reduces the temperature inside the superstructure. These PUF panels are available in the range of 30-100 mm thickness.
